Cheating or Competing: Cartels in Construction

In In recent years fines of £67 million have been handed out by the Competition & Markets Authority (CMA) to construction companies that acted as cartels, breaking competition laws.

To help businesses avoid such activity and stay on the right side of law, the CMA has arranged this free webinar with the Construction Leadership Council, explaining your responsibilities and what you can do to protect yourself. Hear from CMA Director – Cartels Sean McNabb, who will provide details of recent prosecutions, as well as offering guidance on how to avoid cartel-type behaviours in your own business.
