This new one day summit brought to you by UK Construction Week, will take a look at how the construction industry has approached different diversity streams around gender, race, LGBT, how they got started, how they have got support from stakeholders, and reaped the rewards. It will also look to other sectors and how the narrative is moving away from labelling groups, and initiatives to attract certain groups, top a more holistic approach that creates an environment where anyone from any background can belong.
