This event has finished

19:00 to 20:30
Nottingham Trent University

Managing Director of HSP Consulting Engineers, Howard Pratt will present his talk on Temporary Works and CDM implications together with Value Engineering works that HSP
Consulting have undertaken on a considerable number of schemes across the UK.
Howard will demonstrate some of the skills employed in designing Temporary Works with specific projects where a different approach has been adopted and how with good experience and understanding of the geotechnical and structural aspects sound and safe solutions can be developed.

Howard started his career working with Taylor Woodrow, where he was responsible for the construction of the Queen’s Medical Centre, and then moved to Newark District Council, Kenchington Little & Partners, Nottinghamshire County Council – Bridge Section, Geoffrey Collett Associates, and then started his own Company and he has been Managing Director of HSP Consulting since 1986. Howard’s major role in any scheme is to use his extensive experience to provide value engineering particularly in relation to the foundations, structural format and the external works specifications.

This event cost £9.00 and you can book your place online here.
