The Construction Industry Council (CIC) is the representative forum for the professional bodies, research organisations and specialist business associations in the construction industry.

Inquiry into achieving best value in the procurement

The first Inquiry of the group focused on procurement practice; gathering information with the aim of cost savings and increased efficiency in the construction process.

The findings of the Inquiry were presented to Chloe Smith MP Minister for Political and Constitutional Reform in the hope that the findings will assist the Government in contributing effectively to the current Plan for Growth.
