Louis Armstrong, the first Chief Executive appointed by RICS (1998-2010), has died, aged 68.
Following the announcement CIC Chief Executive Graham Watts said: “I was very, very sad to read of Louis’ death on New Year’s Eve. I was very privileged to work with him over a number of years and he was a man who treated both happy and difficult circumstances with the same honest and pragmatic approach. One of a fading breed of Englishmen with a gentle sense of humour and impeccable manners.”
