Professional Institution – Recruitment and Careers Questionnaire
Posted: 19th April 2011
The Construction Industry Council’s ConstructionSkills team are in the process of preparing the strategy for work relating to Recruitment, Careers and Diversity in 2011. We view this process as one which will give us and your organisation an opportunity to work collaboratively on the shared challenge of:
Encouraging potential built environment professional, managerial and technical people to consider our industry
Raising awareness of the many types of built environment roles available to those outside the industry
Supporting new and existing industry entrants.
In order to do this we would like to hear about any recruitment and careers activities that your institution has been involved in over the past year (since January 2010) as well any future events and/or strategies. We would really appreciate 5 -10 minutes of your time to fill in this short questionnaire, which we hope will demonstrate the wealth of activities going on across the UK.
