Building a diverse workforce and a fair, inclusive culture is indispensable in the modern world. Great improvement has been made within many individual organisations, however, Building Equality seeks to achieve more through working together. By working with the whole supply chain we can improve the practice, culture, and image of the building industry. At this event we will explore cross-industry collaboration as a basis for building equality, diversity, and inclusion, and recognise the organisations and individuals who have made outstanding contributions to this cause.
