The Construction Industry Council’s diversity report, A Blueprint for Change, noted that only 14% of the construction workforce is female. The BRE Women’s Network is committed to addressing this challenge. Our aim is to promote strength in diversity throughout the built environment industry by showcasing the achievements and opportunities available to women in our sector. Our next event is cross-sector and collaborative.
At BEinspired: Stories that push boundaries participants will hear speakers’ stories about their own experiences of pushing boundaries in their career. These are not just stories about diversity, but also stories of pushing industry limits and achieving higher quality more sustainable places for people. The event will showcase other industry women’s networks with pecha kucha presentations and ample opportunity for networking.
The event is CPD certified by the BRE Academy and will be a great opportunity for attendees to earn CPD hours.The venue is the Riverside Room at the IET Savoy Place located at 2 Savoy Place, London, WC2R 0BL.
