How to Implement Adopt BIM

While the glossy images of BIM are all very appealing, the nuts and bolts of implementing are predicated in functional processes and procedures. Significant work has taken place over recent years to incorporate the principles of digital engineering and this session will provide an overview of what has happened and what you need to do.
At the end of the event you should understand what has come to be termed the eight pillars of BIM. You should also appreciate what changes are required to ensure you project and/or organisation will be able to adopt the new process and procedures and be BIM-compliant. Ideally you will be able to develop the start of your implementation plan for BIM adoption.
