Leveraging BIM for the benefit of Health and Safety, to extend the value of BIM beyond practitioners to those that may not necessarily have exposure to it yet whose daily routine has key safety-related issues that Information Modelling can help to reinforce or mitigate.
As part of this CIC-supported event we are looking for presenters from all backgrounds to present how BIM can be used for the benefit of safety. Agenda and order of speakers/presentations will be compiled nearer the event once we have a better idea of who will be attending and presenting, based on sign-up.
By confirming your attendance you (or a representative from your organisation) should be prepared to deliver a short (10 minutes, plus 5 minutes Q&A) on the subject of using BIM specifically to drive the safety agenda – sharing best practice without commercial gain and contributing to a safer working environment for all.
Ideally, everybody will take something away from peers, competitors, suppliers or customers that they can use in practice.
